G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on August 7, 2018, Ms. Mliosavljevic-Fabrizio requested "any and all Statements of Financial Interest Law disclosure forms together with any and all incidental and ancillary documents submitted by [a n identified individual] for the calendar year beginning January 1, 2014 to present date, i.e., August 7, 2018, including, but not limited to, written requests/correspondence to and from the town counsel and/or town administrator in connection with same." On August 13, 2018, the Town responded to her request by requesting an extension of time to provide responsive records and providing a fee estimate. Subsequent to the intervention by a Public Records Division staff attorney, this office was notified that the Town provided Ms. Mliosavljevic-Fabrizio with another response, dated August 31, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's previous response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Mliosavljevic-Fabrizio may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's August 31st response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
