The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records September 10,2018 SPR1811330 Christopher Kenny, Esq. Clifford & Kenny, LLP 3 1 Schoosett Street, Suite 405 Pembrolte, MA 023 59 Dear Attorney Kenny: I have received the petition of Christopher Hall appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Rockland (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Hall requested copies of identified video surveillances. Having received no response, Mr. Hall petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 7,2018 . Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Town's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hall may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, u Rebecca S.
