G. L. c. 66, § 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on March 7,2018, Mr. Sinni requested a copy of a lighting plan related to identified properties. Previous Appeal This request was the subject of a previous appeal. SPR18 /414 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (March 29,20 18 ). I closed SPR1814 14 with the understanding that the Department had provided Mr. Sinni with a multitude of responses to this request throughout the month of March 20 18 . Conclusion After another careful and thorough review of this matter, I respectfully decline to reverse my findings.
