G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Waller requested language for Question 1 of the Special Election of June 16, 2015. Having received no response, Mr. Waller petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 18, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
