Murray Supervisor of Records September 24, 2018 SPRlS/1377 Captain Michael McLean Captain of Operations Lexington Police Department 1575 Massachusetts Ave. Lexington, MA 02420 Dear Captain McLean: I have received the petition of Susan Alyn appealing the response of the Town of Lexington Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Alyn requested a certain police report. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified on September 24, 2018 that a response was provided to Ms. Alyn by the Department. Consequently, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Alyn may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
