G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan requested "a copy of the invoices/purchase orders ... for vendor #29973." Having received no response, Mr. Sullivan petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 10, 2018. Whereby this appeal was opened due to the City's lack ofresponse, I will now consider this appeal closed.
