G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan requested documents provided to the state as part of the compliance with DESE and AG. Having received no response for clarification of the document he received, Mr. Sullivan petitioned this office. While this appeal was pending, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 24, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
