The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records October 2, 2018 SPRlS/1393 Nancy Piasecki Executive Director for the Office of the Superintendent Schools Department City of Framingham 150 Concord Street Framingham, MA 01702 Dear Ms. Piasecki: I have received the petition of Paul Sullivan appealing the nomesponse of the City of Framingham Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan requested documents provided to the state as part of the compliance with DESE and AG. Having received no response for clarification of the document he received, Mr. Sullivan petitioned this office. While this appeal was pending, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated September 24, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the School's failure to provide a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Sullivan may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
