G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Casper requested "letter(s) or any other form of communication the Pier Corporation sent pertaining to its conjecture(s), opinion(s), conclusion(s) and decision(s) about sailing for all Provincetown," as well as work sheets and calculations of an identified individual. Unsatisfied with the Town's response, Mr. Casper petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 1, 2018.
