Leyden Road Leyden, MA 01337 Dear Ms. Glabach: I have received the petition of Luke Ferreira appealing the nonresponse of the Town of Leyden (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Ferreira requested "a copy of the data file created when the standard 'MassGIS extract' report is produced using the Town of Leyden's assessing software." Claiming to not yet have received responsive records, Mr. Ferreira petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I have been informed that the Town responded to Mr. Ferreira's request and he was provided with the records requested. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result of the Town's failure to provide a substantive written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
