G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Jarmanning requested a copy of an identified video. Prior appeal - SPRJ 8/1065 The requested recording was the subject of a prior appeal. See SPRI 8/1065 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (Supervisor) (July 27, 2018). In my July 2]1h determination, I ordered the Authority to review the video footage, redact where necessary and provide Ms. Jarmanning with the responsive record. On September 5, 2018, the Authority provided Ms. Jarmanning with a copy of the responsive video recordings. Ms. Jarmanning contacted the Public Records Division, indicating that the audio does not properly sync with the visuals on the copy of the video she was provided. After this appeal was opened, you informed a Public Records Division staff attorney on September 21st that the Authority hired a professional company to redact certain portions of the video. As Ms. Jarmanning stated in her communication, she is not appealing the redactions. In a September 22nd email to this office, you stated that you reviewed the video that was sent to Ms. Jarmanning and you did not experience any issue with the audio and visuals of the video. Additionally, you indicated that you were not aware of any complaints or issues regarding the video from any of the other recipients of the responsive video recordings.
