L. c. 66, fj 10A; 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on July 19,2018 , Mr. Bagwell requested various records concerning traffic. Current Appeal In a letter to this office dated September 22,201 8, Mr. Bagwell states he received records responsive to his request on August 14,2018; however, he did not receive three categories of requested records. It is unclear whether the Department has additional records responsive to this request. Order Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. Bagwell with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
