G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Metzger requested "any and all documents describing the scope of work to be performed by the MBTA vendor Alvarez and Marsal, based in New York for the calendar year 2018." Having received no response from the Department, Mr. Metzger appealed to this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that the Department is working to provide a response to Mr. Metzger. Accordingly, the Department is hereby ordered to provide said response in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations within ten (10) business days.
