G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Kivior requested copies of leases and emails from the Commission on September 17,2018 . Upon not receiving a response from the Commission, Mr. Kivior appealed to this office on October 3, 201 8. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided to Mr. Kivior on October 5,2018 . Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Commission's failure to provide a response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
