G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Ayer requested various records "related to the proposed 'Brook Road Timber Sale' in Wendell State Forest." Claiming to not have received a response from the Department, Mr. Ayer petitioned the Supervisor of Records and SPR18/1473 was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 15, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
