G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Bradley requested copies of police reports associated with identified case numbers, a certain complaint log as well as a copy of a complaint against a former Department employee. Having received no response, Mr. Bradley petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that responses were provided, dated September 29, 2018 and October 17, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
