Murray Supervisor of Records October 12, 2018 SPR18/1501 Beverly Smith Malden Police Department 800 Eastern Ave Malden, MA 02148 Dear Ms. Smith: I have received the petition of Arthur Grenier appealing the nomesponse of the City of Malden Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Grenier requested records regarding police call log history. Having received no response, Mr. Grenier petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified by Mr. Grenier that a response had been provided, therefore, Mr. Grenier requested that this appeal be withdrawn.
