Kenny Assistant District Attorney Plymouth County District Attorney's Office 166 Main Street Brockton, MA 02301 Dear Attorney Kenny: I have received the petition of Charles Dyous appealing the nomesponse of the Plymouth County District Attorney's Office (DAO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dyous requested four categories ofrecords pertaining to various case files and investigations. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Dyous petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 16, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the DAO's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dyous may appeal the substantive nature of the DAO's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
