Murray Supervisor ofR ecords October 25, 2018 SPRlS/1513 Helena Rafferty Deputy Chief of Police Town of Canton - Police Department 1492 Washington Street Canton, MA 02021 Dear Deputy Chief Rafferty: I have received the petition of Charles Dyous appealing the nonresponse of the Canton Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Dyous requested copies of interviews, notes and investigative reports from the Department. Having received no response, Mr. Dyous petitioned this office. Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, it has come to my attention that this issue had been resolved previously, See SPR18/1429. I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dyous may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
