Anderson: I have received the petition of Ramona Caruso appealing the response of the Town of Norwell (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Ms. Caruso requested various categories of records concerning legal disputes. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of this Division, I learned that the Town provided Ms. Caruso records responsive to her request in an email dated October 16, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Caruso may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's October 16th response within ninety days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
