The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Sz~pe~visoof r Records November 5,20 18 SPR1811544 Kathleen Niles-Antone Records Access Officer Fall River Police Department 685 Pleasant Street Fall River, Massachusetts 0272 1-4305 Dear Ms. Niles-Antone: I have received the petition of Samuel M. Radner appealing the response of the City of Fall River Police Department (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Radner requested copies of records on October -- 1, 20 18 in connection with an investigation into a motor vehicle crash. Upon receiving a response from the Department, Mr. Kivior appealed to this office on October 22,201 8. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified on October 23,2018 that a response and records were provided to Mr. Radner. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide responsive records, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Radner may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Supervisor of Records cc: Samuel M.
