Director of Public Records City of Boston -Public Records 1 City Hall Square, Room 615 Boston, MA 02201 Dear Attorney Williams: I have received the petition of Peggy Wiesenberg, Esq. appealing the nonresponse of the City of Boston's Public School (School) to her request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Wiesenberg requested records relating to a student registration and assignment procedures and policies. Previous determination This request was the subject of a previous determination. See SPRl 8/1556 Determination of the Supervisor of Records (November 7, 2018). In my November 7th determination I learned that a representative from the School was working on a determination as to whether any responsive records existed and intended on providing Attorney Wiesenberg with a written response. Said response was to be made in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Access Regulation within 10 business days. Attorney Wiesenberg informed this office that as of ih January 24, 2019 she has not received a response to the November order. Order Accordingly, the School is again ordered to provide Attorney Wiesenberg with a ih response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the November order described above, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay. A copy of any such response must be provided to this office. It is preferable to send an electronic copy of this response to this office at pre@sec.state.ma.us. Failure to do so may result in referral of this matter to the Office of the Attorney General (AGO). See G. L. c. 66, § IOA(b ).
