G~Lc.66,__~_1D.A~-8e_e_a1S_Q_9_5_DC.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan made a public records request October 9, 2018. The School provided a fee estimate to Mr. Sullivan on October 22, 2018. Mr. Sullivan appealed the School's fee estimate to this office on October 30, 2018. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a revised fee was provided to Mr. Sullivan on October 31, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon an appeal of the School's original fee estimate, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
