G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Harris requested internal affairs records and records related to complaints made against an identified Department employee. Having received no response, Attorney Harris petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated October 23, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
