G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Ames requested payroll and internal affairs reports regarding an identified Department employee. Having received no response, Attorney Ames petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated November 2, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Department's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
