Specifically on September 27, 2018, Ms. Foster requested "copies of the current lease agreement that governs the lease of land by Wachusett Ski Area/Wacbusett Mountain Associates in regards ta the )and they lease from DCR to operate their ski area." Ms. Foster also sent a follow up email dated October 5, 2018 inquiring the status of the request. As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Department has not provided Ms. Foster a response to her request for records.
