Specifically, on August 13, 2018, Mr. Hensley requested all "public records relating to the water pipes that broke in December of 2017, in the vicinity of 167 Belmont Street." Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned the City provided Mr. Hensley with all available records responsive to his request. In light of the City's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Hensley may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days.
