Murray Supervisor ofR ecords November 14, 2018 SPRlS/1601 Michael Halpin, Primary RAO Massachusetts State Police 470 Worcester Road Framingham, MA O1 7 0 2 Dear Attorney Halpin: I have received the petition of Charles Bohigian appealing the response of the Massachusetts Department of State Police (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bohigian requested copies of policies, protocols, and procedures from the Department. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a response from the Department on November 2, 2018 which was provided to Mr Bohigian. Based upon the Department's November 2, 2018 response to Mr. Bohigian's appeal, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Bohigian may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~ - Rebecca S.
