Tarrow, Esq. Assistant Attorney General & Records Access Officer Office of the Attorney General One Ashburton Place, 18th Floor Boston, MA 02108 Dear Attorney Tarrow: I have received the petition of Michael Dreslinski appealing the response of the Attorney General's Office (AGO) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Dreslinski requested public records and was provided a written response by the AGO indicating that additional time was necessary to fulfill the request. Based upon the AGO's November 2, 2018 response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dreslinski may appeal the substantive nature of the AGO's response within ninety days.
