The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Conlmonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records November 19,201 8 SPR1811621 James Timmins, Esq. City of Quincy - City Solicitor City Hall Third Floor 1305 Hancock Street Quincy, MA 02 169 Dear Attorney Timrnins: I have received the petition from Emilia S. Ferreira appealing the nonresponse of the City of Quincy (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, 5 10A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Ferreira requested "[all1 records document [sic] and include all electronic documents, including e-mails between Quincy Mayor Thomas Koch and Quincy College Chairman of Board of Governors Thomas Feenan in whole from August 1,2017 to September 15,2017 with regards to Quincy College Nursing Program." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a response from the City on November 6,2018 , which was also provided to Ms. Ferreira. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the City not providing a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Ferreira may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within 90 days. 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records cc: Emilia S.
