The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords November 20, 2018 SPRlS/1645 Frank T. Reen Town of Chelmsford Chief Assessor 50 Billerica Road Chelmsford, MA O1 824 Dear Mr. Reen: I have received the petition from Stanley Mazurczyk appealing the response from the Town of Chelmsford (Town) regarding a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Mazurczyk requested "copies of Board of Assessors meeting minutes held in 2017 to process abatement applications, abatement applications processed during each meeting, and outcome/decision of each application (approved/denied and amount." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with responses from the Town on November 13th, which were also provided to Mr. Mazurczyk. Based upon the Town's responses to Mr. Mazurczyk's request, which indicate no further responsive records exist, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Mazurczyk may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's responses within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
