Murray Supervisor ofR ecords November 16, 2018 SPRlS/1648 Ms. Linda J Hardin Town Clerk Town of Millis Veterans Memorial Building 900 Main Street, Room 124 Millis, MA 02054 Dear Ms. Hardin: I have received a petition from Nathaniel Stevens, Esq. appealing the nomesponse of the Town of Millis (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Stevens requested minutes of the Town Meeeting and was not provided a response. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was informed by Attorney Stevens that the Town had given a response to him on November 14, 2018.
