The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor ofR ecords November 16, 2018 SPRlS/1650 Lorraine J Rousseau, Esq. Bristol County Sheriffs Office 400 Faunce Corner Road North Dartmouth, MA 02747 Dear Attorney Rousseau: I have received the petition from Molly Linhorst appealing the nonresponse from the Bristol County Sheriffs Department (Department) regarding a request for puohc records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Ms. Linhorst requested public records "showing the number of immigrant detainees currently being held by the Bristol County Sheriffs Department." Ms. Linhorst had not received a response from the Department thus appealed to this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with responses from the Department on November 9, 2018 and November 15, 2018 which were also provided to Ms. Linhorst. Based upon the Department's responses to Ms. Linhorst appeal, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Linhorst may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's responses within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
