G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Attorney Crouch requested public records from the Department on August 3, 2018 conerning police reports and other police records. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office received a response to Attorney Crouch from the Department on November 15, 2018.
