Murray Supervisor of Records November 26, 2018 SPRlS/1669 Patricia Snow Human Resources Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Snow: I have received correspondence from Justice Ainooson appealing the nomesponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1O (A); see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, on August 29, 2018, Mr. Ainooson requested various categories of records concerning the conduct of the Department's staff members. The Department provided Mr. Ainooson with a response on September 10, 2018, indicating they were working on Mr. Ainooson' s request. Subsequent to the intervention of a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that the Department is still working with legal counsel to provide Mr. Ainooson with a supplemental response. Order Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. Ainooson with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
