Patel Middlesex County Sheriffs Office 400 Mystic Avenue, 4th Floor Medford, MA 0215 5 Dear Malav Patel: I have received the petition from Adam Bradley appealing the nomesponse from the Middlesex County Sheriffs Office (Office) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § IOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Bradley requested: 1. Any and all internal and external complaints, misconduct, investigations, internal affairs reports relative to former Middlesex House of Corrections ("MHOC") officer Frank Bourgeois. 2. MHOC 2015 policy and procedure for both disciplinary and administrative segregation inmates, including, but not limited to bedding and clothing, exercise, and mechanical restraints. 3. MHOC policy and procedure governing inmate telephone call's including, but not limited to an contact (sic) agreement policy and procedure with the Massachusetts State Police and Billerica Police from the years 2014 to 2018. Having received no response from the Office, Mr. Bradley appealed to this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a response from the Office on November 26, 2018 which was also provided to Mr. Bradley. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Bradley may appeal the substantive nature of the Office's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
