G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Rogers requested environmental records pertaining to Coppersmith Village, East Boston. Claiming to not yet have received a response, Mr. Rogers petitioned this office and this appeal was opened as a result. Subsequent to the intervention by a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that MassDEP responded to Mr. Rogers' request with a response sent on November 19, 2018. Whereas the basis of this appeal was opened as a result ofMassDEP's failure to provide a substantive written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Rogers may appeal the substantive nature ofMassDEP's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, Rebecca S.
