Murray Supervisor ofR ecords November 29, 2018 SPRlS/1699 Kate Silvia Department of Correction 50 Maple Street, Suite 3 Milford, MA 01757 Dear Ms. Silvia: I have received the petition from William McDonagh appealing the non-response of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § I OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. McDonagh requested records related to indigent kits for inmates. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. McDonagh may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days of receipt. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Sincerely, ~~ Rebecca S.
