Box 43 Norfolk, MA 02056 Dear Linda Jolicoeur: I have received the petition from William Duclos appealing the nonresponse of the Department of Correction (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § I OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Duclos requested "Food Invoices for MCI-Norfolk, past 12 months to date," and "Recipies for menu at MCI-Norfolk." Having received no response from the Department, Mr. Duclos appealed to this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a response from the Department on November 23, 2018 which was also provided to Mr. Duclos. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Duclos may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
