G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Dean requested various records pertaining to the Department's Sex Offender Treatment Program. Having received no response from the Department, Mr. Dean appealed to this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a response from the Department on November 9, 2018 which was also provided to Mr. Dean. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Dean may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
