Murray Supervisor of Records November 20, 2018 SPRlS/1721 Jim Haddadin Metrowest Daily News 33 New York Avenue Framingham, MA 01701 Dear Jim Haddadin: I have received your letter dated November 12, 2018 appealing the nomesponse of the City of Framingham-Mayor's Officer (City). Specifically, On October 25, 2018, you requested, "access to and copies of any written or electronic communications sent or received by the mayor and/or the chief operating officer concerning police department employee Brian Simoneau from the period June 1, 2018 through July 31, 2018." In an email dated November 19, 2018, you informed this office that you would like to withdraw this appeal. Should you wish to file an appeal at a later point, you may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days of the date of your request letter, or within ninety days of the date of a written response from the record custodian.
