Subsequent to the opening of this appeal, you informed a Public Records Division staff member that the Department did not receive a copy of this request. I understand that this office provided the Department a copy oft)1e file associated with this appeal on December 3, 2018 and you indicated "[a]s of this date, the Department will treat it as a new FOIA request." Accordingly, the Depat1ment must provide a response to Mr. McDonagh in accordance with the Public Records Law and its Regulations within IO business days.
