G. L. c. 66, § 1O A; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, Mr. Sinni requested the requirements necessary for a citizen of the Commonwealth to qualify for a court appointed attorney. Having received no response, Mr. Sinni petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated November 29, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon the Committee's failure to provide a written response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed.
