The Commonwealth of Massachusetts William Francis Galvin, Secretary of the Commonwealth Public Records Division Rebecca S. Murray Supervisor of Records December 6, 2018 SPRlS/1750 Nancy Piasecki Executive Director of the Office of the Superintendent Framingham Public Schools 73 Mt. Wayte Ave., Suite 5 Framingham, MA O1 7 02 Dear Ms. Piasecki: I have received the petition of Paul Sullivan appealing the response of the Framingham Public Schools (School) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § 1 OA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Sullivan made a public records request November 7, 2018. The School provided a response to Mr. Sullivan on November 21, 2018. Mr. Sullivan appealed the School's response to this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was notified that a Determination SPR18/1746 was provided to Mr. Sullivan and the School on November 29, 2018. Whereas this matter was opened based upon Mr. Sullivan's appeal to the School's response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Ms. Sullivan may appeal the substantive nature of the School's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Sincerely, ~ Rebecca S.
