G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, El-Bayeh requested "[a]ny and all training/course materials or documents related to the Massachusetts State Police 'Speed Measureing Devices Lidar Operator's certification." Unsatisfied with the response from the Department, Mr. El Bayeh appealed to this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a response from the Department on November 20, 2018 which was also provided to Mr. El-Bayeh. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. El-Bayeh may appeal the substantive nature of the Department's response within ninety days.
