Specifically, you requested various emails discussed at the Town of Nantucket Board of Appeals hearing held on October 30, 2018. Per a discussion with a staff member of the Public Records Division, I learned that you no longer wish to file an appeal atthis time. Should you wish to file an appeal at a later point, you may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days of the date of your request letter, or within ninety days of the date of a written response from the record custodian. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08 (1) (d)(e).
