O' Flaherty appealing the nomesponse of the Department of Conservation and Recreation (Department) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically on August 28, 2018, Mr. O' Flaherty requested various categories of records "regarding the construction or operation of the DCR path in Newton Lower falls which runs from Concord Street in Newton, across the Charles River into Wellesley Massachusetts." As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Department has not provided Mr. O' Flaherty a response to his request for records. Order Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Mr. O' Flaherty with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
