Murray Supervisor ofR ecords December 4, 2018 SPR18/1811 Debbie Powers Department RAO Town of Rockport 34 Broadway Rockport, MA O1 966 Dear Ms. Powers: I have received the petition from Jeff Brown appealing the response from the Town of Rockport (Town) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Brown requested "emails between the Town Administrator and Town Counsel that relate to Ch. 40 Section 80." Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division staff, this office was provided with a subsequent response from the Town on November 28, 2018 which was provided to Mr. Brown. Based upon this response, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Brown may appeal the substantive nature of the Town's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
