G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1 ). Specifically, on October 29, 2018, Ms. Brown requested the "policies and procedures of the Massachusetts State Police as well as the record layout and data dictionary for the Internal Affairs Records Database." As of the date of this letter, it is my understanding that the Department has not provided Ms. Brown a response to her request for records. Order Accordingly, the Department is ordered to provide Ms. Brown with a response to the request, provided in a manner consistent with this order, the Public Records Law and its Regulations without delay.
