Murray Supervisor ofR ecords December 10, 2018 SPRlS/1859 Ms. Joanne Roomey City of Salem - Legal Department 93 Washington Street Salem, MA 01970 Dear Ms. Roomey: I have received the petition of John Femino appealing the response of the City of Salem (City) to a request for public records. G. L. c. 66, § lOA; see also 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1). Specifically, Mr. Femino requested records relating to the Salem Zoning Board of Appeals. Having received no response, Mr. Femino petitioned this office. Subsequent to the intervention by a member of the Public Records Division, this office was notified that a response was provided, dated December 10, 2018. Accordingly, I will now consider this administrative appeal closed. Mr. Femino may appeal the substantive nature of the City's response within ninety days. See 950 C.M.R. 32.08(1).
