Murray Supervisor ofR ecords December 4, 2018 SPRlS/1860 Chief Thomas Fowler Salisbury Police Department 24 Railroad Ave. Salisbury, MA 01952 Dear Chief Fowler: I have received your petition on behalf of the Salisbury Police Department (Department) seeking relief from its obligation to produce responsive records. G. L. c. 66, § 10( d)(iv). As required by law, it is my understanding that the Department has not furnished a copy of the petition to the requestor. Id. Conclusion I find that the Department has not demonstrated that it provided a copy of this petition to the requestor as required by G. L. c. 66, § 10(d)(iv)(2).
